One of my easiest and fave meals. Using 160g of oats only on my high carb days-> On lower carb days, I decrease the amount of oats (carb source) and increase my fats intake a bit.

2017 Behind the scenes- warming up backstage with some light weights . Interesting facts: we never use heavy weights prior to going on stage, the goal is just to get a quick pump. We are usually dehydrated and it wouldn’t be smart to use heavy weights (injury risk is high) right before going on stage. Bands and dumbbells are usually what we use.

Here’s how I cook my potatoes in just 6min in the microwave! Super easy, quick and doesn’t get any dishes dirty neither.
Wrap my raw potato on paper towel
Wet it
Place in the microwave
And voá-la!💪✔️
Note: depending on the size of the potato, you might want to cook it for an extra 2-4minutes.

I have been using 98% Lean Chicken Breast cooked with lemon and natural herbs for my protein source in 4 of my meals. The other ones include eggs, fish and grass fed beef. I will be switching to 99% turkey breast soon. I’ll keep you all posted on my meals adjustments and I’ve been asked a lot about that! 💪🥰😊
