

I have been using 98% Lean Chicken Breast cooked with lemon and natural herbs for my protein source in 4 of my meals. The other ones include eggs, fish and grass fed beef. I will be switching to 99% turkey breast soon. I’ll keep you all posted on my meals adjustments and I’ve been asked a lot about that! 💪🥰😊
