07/02/23 Very good week in terms of workouts! I pushed myself really hard this week when I could, but there were a couple snags. Sunday I ate a single gummy half way though my workout and cracked a molar and had to leave early. I'm only 33 but I feel like im falling apart some days lol. But other than that I made it to 100kg on a cruise which im pretty happy about! Im also feeling a lot fuller physically, like my skin almost feels tighter when I wake up in the morning which is cool.

09/11/22 Pretty straight forward week. Not a lot to report again. Had to work around a couple scheduling things but nothing really threw me off too much. Training and meals are still going well. Been a little obsessed with the gym lately. When I'm not at the gym, all im thinking about is bodybuilding. Trying to pull it back a tiny bit to make more time for my other interestes, but I'm just having a really good time with it.

05/10/22 IM BACK! I don't know if it was the extra test or the insulin but I felt amazing this week. I really like the new work out program. I feel like Im really being challenged in a good way, especially on legs and arms. I was able to stick to the program very closely this week as well. The insulin is going good, I was only able to do it after the gym a couple times this week because of my sceduale, but I never felt like I was dipping at any point. The pump was pretty good, but I wasn't blown away. I think it was a combination of high expectations and body dysmorphia lol. Also, I'm not sure if its the insult but I was insanely hungry all week- I was watching the clock until I could eat my next meal. I had to have a handful of candy here and there just to curb my appitite until the next meal. Overall, Im happy with where my body is at at this initial phase and finally feel like im building lean mass instead of just blowing up with water retension or fat. Im excited to keep pushing forward in the upcomming months.

14/09/22 Had an amazing time at Barcelona Circuit week, but half way though my trip, I got a stomach bug and was bed ridden for a couple days. Finally feeling well enough to eat and get back in the gym. I was able to stick to the routine pretty easily and hit most of my numbers in the gym from before I left for Barcelona. I was definlty feeling pretty weak for the first couple of days but by the end of the week I strated to feel like myself again. Im definitely not filling out my clothes like I used to and I'm feeling skinnier than I have in a long time. But my stomach feels much lighter and I'm also just happy to not be bloated all the time. I restocked on gear and got the insulin pen. I feel primed and ready for this next phase. LETS GOOOOOOOO

13/07/22: So I survived London Pride! Had a great time but definitely ready to get back to reality. My diet and training was pretty much non exsistent over the weekend, but I did force myself to eat and sleep. I lost a couple kilos but that was expected. I missed legs and arms this week but was able to squeeze a chest workout in. I was a sweaty mess but I was actually able to get a really decent workout in. My energy seems to be back up and im feeling motivated. I did actually notice that my belly was bloating when I would have bread over the weekend so Im excited to see what a gluten free diet will do this week. Im getting a little sick of being in diet limbo
UPDATE: I ended up getting Covid at pride so my training had to take a break for two weeks :(

So I've cut eggs, oats and sweet potatoes at this point.A little better in the midsection but not quite there yet. I'm still definitely seeing some bloating in my belly so the last thing to cut is bread. Hopefully that will be the final piece to the puzzle. Im definitely looking forward to a thinner waist so that my over all frame will look more broad and proportioned. Im still having digestion issues and my stomach is still very sensitive so Im really hoping that cutting bread will get rid of this all together.

Because of the way my belly is distended, its obvious that Im having a reaction to something Im eating. Time to start taking things out of my diet that might be causing this, IE sweet potatoes, oats, eggs and bread.
