



13/07/22: So I survived London Pride! Had a great time but definitely ready to get back to reality. My diet and training was pretty much non exsistent over the weekend, but I did force myself to eat and sleep. I lost a couple kilos but that was expected. I missed legs and arms this week but was able to squeeze a chest workout in. I was a sweaty mess but I was actually able to get a really decent workout in. My energy seems to be back up and im feeling motivated. I did actually notice that my belly was bloating when I would have bread over the weekend so Im excited to see what a gluten free diet will do this week. Im getting a little sick of being in diet limbo
UPDATE: I ended up getting Covid at pride so my training had to take a break for two weeks :(
