I’m doing mine with macro I have but of course you can adjust it to yourself🙌🏻 Ingredients: • 170g egg whites • 50g oats • hand full of spinach • 1/4 small spoon of baking powder • sweetness tables ( I mix them first with tiny bit of hot water to dissolve them)
Now the easiest part: Put all ingredients into a blender mix them together and fry on the pan under cover for about 2min each side. On top you can put your favourite fruits and nuts 🍓🫐 🌰 🥜
