because of Corona infection ,Now its two weeks isolated in my Parents house.
20 Days witout weightlifting,or gym.
as a trainer i keep working with my bodyweight.
Today i did 100 reps of pulls ups.
divised for 5 sets, each set between 10-20 reps.
Total sets:
*lat puldown: 50 reps
* reverse pulldown: 50 reps.
*Abs crunch: 30 reps for 3 sets.
