Looking to improve passing but don't have a teammate around? Find a nearby wall to practice with! When I was brand new to the game, hitting a wall or fence was one of the many methods I used to get more comfortable with the ball at early stage. It wasn’t until I started having 10 practices a week in college that made me eventually stop 😂.

Supplementation:
Here are a couple supplements i use on a daily basis for performing how i want to. Whether it be playing in a soccer game, snowboarding or just working out. I want to make sure my body is feeling good 24/7. The best way to do that is make sure you’re actively recovering from workouts with protein and amino acids. While fueling those workouts with pump agents.
Our bodies are made up of 101 different minerals. Many of which we unfortunately do not get from our food today, which is one of the few reasons I add supplements to my daily diet.
