

Health journeys are a process, but absolutely not impossible!
Especially when it comes to athletics, weight training can really become really difficult to keep track of, but it gets way better once you get a rhythm going.
One of the biggest and most obvious challenges I face is diet. Itβs crazy how neglected raw milk, eggs, chicken and steak can be in big cities. Especially organic fruits and vegetables.
Alkalinity, strength, mobility and stamina are the current targets! π―πͺπΌ
