

Full range of motion:
A lot of trainers are great at identifying workouts, but when it comes to properly doing them, they fall short of understanding how important stretching the muscle through its full range of motion is. This ensures that each exercise maximizes muscle engagement, improves flexibility, reduces the risk of injury, and enhances overall strength development.
So in this case, I’m getting down and dirty with my heavy leg day muscle-building movement out of the way, so I can hit a lighter leg day towards the end of the week, keeping me fresh for my game. ⚽️😎
