Before you go jump on a hard grade for rock climbing or try a new trick while mountain biking, access your current strength and abilities. Don’t just do it because your buddy can. They might have been working a little longer on that skillset than you have. Knowing your limits can decrease your risk for injury because none of us want that! 💪
