Hello 🫶 I'm quitting, I mean it this time. I really can't do this, no matter how much I tried to make it work, it has a really negative impact on my mental health. Unfortunately, things are gonna be really rough for me from now on, I'm not sure what I can do about it, it's not like I'm ready for a regular job and my mental health is not improving to a level where I can say I can just start working now. But still I can't do this anymore, I can't simply force myself to do it.

Anyway, I think I'm doing a bit better for the first time in probably...idk, at least 2 years 😅I think part of it is because I'm able to read books again, I was unable to focus on anything and my mind was constantly racing. Fuck, I really missed getting lost in a good novel, it used to be my escape and my passion, so I'm really grateful to have it back(medication helped😅). Hello lovely people ❤️ sorry for the red face, even now as I write this I feel restless and anxious for no reason, which makes my face turn red and my heart beat loudly in my chest🤷♀️🥲 I'll rest for about a week or 2, I understand if you unsubscribe, no worries 🫶I was rather insonsistent lately and my sets weren't my best work, so yeah, I get it... I'm just in a really bad autistic burnout for several months now, Idk what to do about it tbh, it seems like my energy levels are constantly at 1% and my stress level is at 100% despite trying my best to regulate my emotions. As some of you know, I'm trying different medications as well as avoiding overstimulation as much as possible. Still very little positive results😓 I'll try my best to get to a better place this time, hopefully I'll get some of my energy back. I know these issues seem to never stop for me and I definitely feel like I'm annoying at this point, but it is what it is, I still had to communicate this in a way or another. So I can't focus on content atm unfortunately, I'm sorry. I'm having a really rough time. I just quit sertraline a few days ago and even though I was on it for only 2 months on a very low dose, I'm having really bad withdrawal symptoms, I don't wanna trigger anyone, so I won't go into it.
Also, It didn't help that my psychiatrist told me there shouldn't be any issues, which made me think I'll be fine(spoiler alert: I'm not fine at all🥲). Google was more helpful in finding information than the "professional" that I paid to guide through this process💀 I'll try my best to stay as stable as possible and hopefully I'll be put on better medication very soon 🤞
