38 hours later and I’m eating my first solid food. 102.2 lbs, I haven’t weighed this little since I was a freshman in high school. But look, there’s a waist on me! :p I broke the fast with spinach, carrots, and celery. Still feeling like an anorexia person but ready to eat a lot of little meals today! Here’s hoping energy levels will be back to normal!
Do you like bedroom or out of bed selfies better? Today has been my first full 24 hours of intentionally fasting for health reasons (not to lose weight). I’m not a fan. :p I’ve been in too many beds for too many hours today. Here’s hoping fasting will reboot my system and I’ll feel up to back and running soon again. Can I have food tomorrow please?!?

I did a one day fast where I only ate fruit, herbal tea, water, and watered down fruit and vegetable juice. I did this for my health and it worked: I got a great day with my belly but I lost two pounds down to 103.6, yikes! Now I’m off to go fill myself with all sorts of food while you check out what deep breathing and mostly eating right can do for abs!! ;)
