I’ve been getting ready this week for my first lingerie try on. The fact that it’s going to be live is exciting and unnerving.
As most of you know I have no idea what I’m doing …most of the time. I have no modelling, dance or fashion/style experience. However, what I do have is the ability to learn. I also believe that if I set my mind to something and don’t quit … I will achieve my goal. How do I know this? Well 55 years on this earth I’ve proven it to myself. I can do many things that previously seemed impossible for me.
Yes I’m nervous for this next live stream but I’m also excited. It’s a chance to really create something special.

What the heck is going on this morning. I’m getting ready early for the gym and making my smoothie. I see a bit of sunlight come through the window and I hear a little voice in my head say “think fast”. Haha. The result of listening to that little voice is these awkward pics.

I’m heading to the naughty shop this evening to check out what they have in stock. I buy my nylons and toy cleaner from there. I’ve also been know to purchase other things too. Actually I bought the big guy from there. Speaking of the big guy … I realize I’ve never named him. Any ideas? One fan suggested the “hulk”. Which to be honest I don’t mind. It was my favourite show in the 70’s/80’s.
I’m terrible with naming people and pets so an object …forget about it. It will be nameless forever.

Don’t mind me … I’m just waiting for my pizza to cook. I’m all showered after mowing the lawn and dragging a 18kg bag of salt from my garage to the basement. The lawn no problem. I’ve been doing that for decades. The salt bags … oh hell no. I have to somehow lift this bag (as it’s slipping out of my hands) and pour the salt into this large garbage can type thing … evenly … while holding my breath. Wtf?!!!
Clearly the salt bags were designed with a man in mind or a super strong woman. I’m fairly fit and it’s a near impossible for me. How about we get some pink coloured 8kg bags of salt for our water softeners? Is this a crazy idea .. no I don’t think so. I’d buy it. The wording across the packaging would scream beauty … good for hair, and skin and we could carry the damn things. You would see all kinds of ladies buying the pink bags of salt.
Mind the sundress 👗marks across my boobs 🥰. And yes I mow my lawn in a sundress style.
Pizzas 🍕 ready! There’s enough for two 😘. To be honest … probably not enough … I missed lunch and I’m starving. 🙂

Good morning 🙂 I’m feeling a little off since yesterday afternoon. I’m not quite sure why. There wasn’t any particular thing that set me off. I wish there was because then I could vent and blow off some steam. I’m feeling very anxious. It’s hard to describe but it’s not a great feeling in the body. I was hoping to shake it by having a sleep but I woke up at 4 am feeling the same as when I went to bed. Perhaps there’s too much change going on in my life this month or maybe it’s menopause. I don’t know but I need to get out of this funk. 😳 perhaps I need a good cry.
I’m going to try and spend the day cleaning up, organizing my surroundings, meditating and practicing gratitude.
I may have to pull back from posting on IG the next couple of weeks … as it overwhelms me at times. So many eyes on me.
I enjoy posting on OF as it’s a smaller more intimate group so I’ll continue with my daily posts.

Of course in those dozen messages there was one rude message. I have to say I’m so proud of myself. I started to feel hurt but then in an instant all of your previous words of encouragement ran through my mind. It was a first for me … not let someone else’s hurtful words take away from all that I’ve offered here. To not want to retaliate with my own choice words.
Instead I thought to myself. Hurt people hurt people. Healed people heal people. I no longer want to be in the category of hurt people. I choose to stay in a place of love and peace.
I ❤️ all of you even the ones who wish to put me down. If that made you feel better in that moment …

🐱 looks like that for a few days after a laser hair removal session. The esthetician does a very close shave on me prior to applying the laser wand. The shave and the heat of the laser inflames the area. It goes away within the week to smooth soft skin. I love the feel of my skin down there. 🤗

Strange day. On my way to the gym, I stopped to get gas. I was filling up my tank , when a woman shouting startled me. I looked over at the car next to me and a woman was yelling at her husband/boyfriend. She slammed the door on him as he sat in the car. She was moving around the vehicle shouting at him at the top of her lungs. I think something spilled in the car and she was cleaning it up but the things she was saying to him were so mean and unnecessary. When I see something like that my first instinct is to intervene/defend in hopes that by doing so she will come back to earth and realizes what she’s doing. However , I know that’s pointless. I also sized her up and knew by the look on her face I wouldn’t stand a chance. She was bigger and full of rage. Once those couple seconds passed, I looked at him, and felt deeply sad. I could empathize with him. I just wanted to tell him “ you don’t have to stay with someone that treats you like that.” Someone that values you so little that they would even entertain humiliating you like that in public. I wondered how many times like today he just stayed quiet and took it. It appeared to me that he’d learned through experience that fighting back and demanding respect was futile. At some point he must have traded a piece of his soul so that he could be with her. I wanted to tell him … you can be so much happier on your own. You can heal and you can get stronger in your belief that you deserve better. You will find better ❤️
It’s true, I saw that situation through the lens of my experience, so who knows if I interpreted it right. What I do know is that nobody should be spoken to like that or have a car door slammed on them.
Anyway I drove off with a tear in my eye and his face forever etched in my heart. I also counted my lucky stars that I could now say with confidence, that would never be me …
I’m crying a little as I type this out. Witnessing these things tend to stay with me for a bit.
I’ve got some stuff to do around the house tonight so I better get up off the couch. I hope you have a great evening 💋
FYI. I’m trying to develop my posing skills so you may notice I’m using my hand a bit more in these shots. I see all the other models doing it so I’m assuming if I can master it … my pics will be a bit more sexy. There is an art to how you hold or position your hands. The hand down my pants was my move so I’m really not sure if that was a good choice. I came up with that one all on my own. Lol.

I had a relaxing Sunday. After mowing the lawn I spent the rest of the day watching TV (Netflix) 😳. Sometimes I need to do absolutely nothing to calm my nervous system down. When I’m go go go and focused on doing/achieving I feel like I loose all creativity and enjoyment of life. The goal oriented mindset that worked for me in my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s doesn’t seem to work so well in my 50’s. I get tired and overwhelmed really easily now. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a single parent now. They only have me and the pressure of that can be absolutely unbearable at times. I’m also not sure how much menopause plays into it. It’s pretty ironic that the year that I do OF is the year that I head into Menopause. I’ve experienced strong bouts of anxiety for what feels like the first time this year. Exhaustion like I’ve never felt before. Brain fog that has made me wonder if I will ever be “normal” again. You’ve all witnessed me go through the “change”. I bet that’s a first on OF. 🙂
I think most of my fans are close to my age. I’m assuming most have experienced changes with midlife too. Regardless of gender our bodies and minds are changing at this stage and we are having to adapt… fast!
Anyway I’m over sharing again. 🙂
