January is Fitness Month! Why? Well we needed an excuse to stick to our resolutions and Saph has a bit of a fitness fixation. Rubie🔥 I don't have a fitness kink, and I'm not really attracted to muscle. I strongly prefer slender or squishy bodies, and I hatehatehate working out. You can tell we like yoga, I make a point to do it every morning, but It's hard to get motivated to actually do cardio/lift. The things I find sexy about the fitness kink come from control: I love tasks+rewards+punishment. I like the idea of a sub doing physical labor for me, stuff I couldn't do myself (and Saph's a weakling so). Saph has a hard time self motivating to work out, so we came up with this "Fitness Mistress" idea which uses the sub's workout and diet goals to plan a sexy and motivating relationship. Subs get a lot of pleasure out of pleasing their Dom, and as a Dom I get a lot of pleasure out of seeing my subs reach their goals and build their confidence. Her yoga pants left nothing to the imagination. I actually spit my tea back into my cup, and was so flustered I literally had to leave the room. Saph- I DO have a fitness kink. 🤤 So much so that I don’t know where to start. Fit slender bodies are one of the body types among many that I admire. I think it’s a confidence boost and a lot of fun to have a game-like relationship with one’s own body. Playing with the limits and abilities of one’s body is a great way to develop discipline and get to know yourself. I used to be an avid long distance runner, it was addictive, exhilarating, thoughtful, punishing and refreshing. I had to stop after starting school, but whenever I have an excuse to go for a run, it all comes rushing back to me and I feel alive. I’m also a a huge masochist and bit of a sadist, so there is nothing like the sweet, sore pain after pushing my own body beyond a limit that I pushed myself to cross. It’s sexy and effective wether it’s myself or a Dom putting me through hell, but I think I’d rather it be a Dom. As a switchy sub, when I am in a submissive mind space, using my body for a Dom in any capacity is beyond sexy. Exercising and sporting with a partner or a team is like a game on a whole different level, and it can be an opportunity for intimacy. Competition and endurance bring out elements in relationships that are both vulnerable and intimidating.
