UPDATE: I cannot post the video I recorded yesterday. a 42 minute video shot on iPhone is a 4GB file. that’s absolutely enormous. after editing it I cannot save it back into my phone and even if I could, honestly OnlyFans uploading would take literal hours only to probably tell me it could not be rendered. The main issue is that I finally need to upgrade my equipment I film most content for you with and get the new iPhone. I can’t film on my LUMIX Panasonic camera because my laptop is too old without enough memory or storage to upload videos that large either. And well, you guys don’t tip me enough to buy new equipment, much less pay all my bills. 😅 **if you think this dig is about you, it is 🙃 survey says: 85% of my subscribers have never sent me a tip 😮 Anyway. I spent hours filming/editing this vlog and then I’ve spent hours trying to save file, across two separate days, but now it has to be scrapped 😶 I am rather perturbed and have lost any and all inspiration to re-record a 40+ minute free-form spontaneous and emotional story telling. Today I spent time scrolling through the media between all my iPhones, laptop, my external hard drive, the memory cards in my Lumix camera, and through the archives on Instagram...trying to find the blooper reels from every time my cat photobombed me; which was quite literally every. single. time. I. filmed. Literally every photoset and all the minutes and hours of video footage shot - he was in there somewhere! The one time I went live here on OF and was covered in oil and naked on camera live streaming, and here comes my cat, hopping up on the couch and having to be promptly escorted away. The irony is that my cat was blind, so he didn't even know what was going on; he just liked to be up in the mix and be near me. My cat died this week. The last week trying to nurse him back into health had been heart wrenching. His passing has been hitting me hard, harder than I imagined it might. Grief is a peculiar thing, the way we don't feel it until it is so undeniably inside your body it overwhelms all the other senses and emotions. I have lost dozens of pets (I sort of grew up farming) and I have lost human people and none of those losses have felt like what I feel now. One of my favorite fans here on OF sent me a sympathy bouquet off my wishlist yesterday (thank you MB) and I've received many messages across social media. thank you for that. Kind words don't help much when we are mourning a loss of someone or something we loved, but they sure are heart salve to receive all the same. Back to the point about visual media of my cat; I apparently erased every single blooper reel, and photo of my beloved pet ruining a scene; but I found this one single quick clip of him and it make me smirk.
