*it finally happened* *she got me...* *I AM SICK*. after 25 months, and in the 3rd year of pandemic **the Rona finally caught up with me**. Let this be a warnining to you introverts!! Socializing can cause infection diseases inside your body 😅😂😩 looooool jk (not jk). 72 hours in Chicago and 72 hours in Raleigh - all with people who were vaccinated (like myself, *hello triple-poke here*!) and while I felt “off” it was only normal “off”...international jetlag, which throws whole body out of whack, and springtime allergies like a subtle nasal drip and sneezing. I should have been more proactive though during the days stateside, self testing. I apparently had a false-negative test day before my return flight to Portugal (which is how I was able to board plane) but while running to catch flight in CDG (a despised chaotic airport!!) I felt like my lungs were going to collapse. I might have just returned to gym life, but I’m not *that* out of shape. So once I had landed in PT and walked into my house, I did a self test. Tested positive. I slept TWĒLVE HOURS (12) last night, and today feels like a regular head cold and some brain fog. Mild symptoms - that’s the vaccine working 😌 Completely housebound until I test negative. I’ll be reading travel magazines and slothing around. Hello, it’s me! I am checked in at airport ready to start my travels home to Portugal. I am leaving the US with a full heart, and very heavy suitcases - (*wish me luck smuggling into Europe the really important stuff: glass bottles of hot sauce*) 🥰 Thank you for being patient the last 7 days while I was on this whirlwind trip, and taking up residence on sofas in Chicago and Raleigh. It hasn’t been possible to make content while literally every moment I was in the company of people in public places or babysitting the kids. Not even a spare moment for a titty-flash. Regular smut production to resume once I land back in the EU and I am home. Instead of my butt, here is a shapely rump of a sculpture at NCMA. *you’re welcome*

I have been awake and traveling for fifteėn hours today. On my final layover now. I took this quick video at 5am in Portugal but it never uploaded while in-flight. I usually get really horny on international flights and have to self soothe or other things (check DM’s later for something naughty!). epsom salt soak. went hard on legs today. I haven’t done a single leg press or worked my quads really at all in almost two years. Health concerns blah blah blah, I quit consistently lifting back in 2020. but I’m happy to announce I still got it! I’m weak after such a long break from lifting, but 150lb for 3x10 ain’t so bad. Muscle memory is a wild thing. I’ve been laying in bathtub watching my old lifting videos from late 2019 where I was pressing triple plates for hypertrophy! I was such a unit back then! It’ll be a while, but I can’t wait to reach that level again 😤🤍

Sun completely blocked out by the sand blowing up from Storm Celia in the African Sahara. Early this morning it was so thick the visibility was only about 100 meters. Inside the house it’s been almost dark as night in middle of day. This video isn’t the content you asked for today, but it’s the content you get.
