Sensuality is my first language and it was music that taught me how to move like this… but not only was it music.. it was my passion and depth of feeling.. so many of us numb ourselves out of our body completely… we rely on external things to fulfill our needs and it creates a disharmonious relationship between the mind and the body… One 2022 goal is to become so incredibly RE-connected with my body.. the physicality of it completely. Today I got a massage and oh my heavens it was absolutely restorative in all aspects... I usually am the one serving others.. it’s so weird how I always get in relationships with guys who NEVER show physical touch beyond simple cuddling and sex.. but always want my healing hands on them... it’s crazy it never occurred them that.. maybe she too... could use some healing... The memories that were moved out of my body were quite enormous... i wanted to weep so deep right as my sacral area on my lower back was being massaged.. so much pain there.. The entire time I was reciting prayer and thanking my body for allowing me to return to her.. to love her and show her all she’s worth... I absolutely love to massage others! Yet I really need to receive them for frequently as I am always serving others in way way shape or form... that juicing out of all the energy I am picking up is imperative to me being my healthiest version! It’s going to take me some time touching down fully into my body... she hasn’t felt safe for the past 3 y e a r s so I just kind of got used to not being touched, or kissed, or aroused... what a sad life... never ever ever again! Only orgasms everyday, all of the time!

I am so serious about my time being wasted... my time is so very precious and I honor every second that I have in this living body.. I do NOT have time to waste on those that don’t value their life the same... if you don’t appreciate my time and energy as a person, you will be overlooked. I’m upgrading my morals, my values and expectations of what I seek out of a man.. because this last relationship taught me my final lessons of self value and self worth... I put him first for everything... to the point that my health was affected.. I started eating meat again, all of these unhealthy and outdated ways of being.. because I am water, and water becomes it’s surrounding environment overtime.. I started taking on his self harried, depression and self loathing... it was affecting my womb in a BAD way.. cysts, pain, tears... and I felt so alone during it all... because It didn’t matter... I still had to please him.. I had to make sure he was happy... oh stephanie suck up the pain and just give him the blow job he wants already... it’ll be over in 8 minutes and than you can roll back over and go to sleep... he’ll be happy and it will only be 8 minutes of unbearable pain, he’s satisfied, I can sleep.. a win win I thought.. WRONG. People pleasing is wrong, self sacrificing and self sabotaging and you are worth more than all of that... If someone sees you in pain and doesn’t may any kind, but expects you still to fulfill their sexual desires just because they rely on that for any ounce of sensationtional stimuli... it is most likely they suffer from a sex addiction, and you WILL suffer the repercussions of sacrificing your energy for someone’s sexual desires and addictions... please take it from me.. put yourself first.. you are worth it. If they really love you... your health, comfort levels and safety comes FIRST.. before their sexual addictions. Be responsible for yourself and your healing guys. I share this stuff in depth because I truly care out here and if I share my truth, I know someone at least one other will resonate with my words.. and hopefully I can stop them from making the same mistakes I did... because now I have to take the time out to heal myself, seclude myself from potential lovers and just get all my heart back to me so I can love myself correctly and in the future someone else!
