Added 2021-12-19 23:21:32 +0000 UTCSensuality is my first language and it was music that taught me how to move like this… but not only was it music.. it was my passion and depth of feeling.. so many of us numb ourselves out of our body completely… we rely on external things to fulfill our needs and it creates a disharmonious relationship between the mind and the body… One 2022 goal is to become so incredibly RE-connected with my body.. the physicality of it completely. This means lots of detox, ceremony with plant medicines yet also sweat lodges, & lots of movement like yoga, dance & acro & pole… This body is all we have in this life… may we learn to create a pure connection with our body that nourishes it rather depletes it.. this body will carry you through the finish line in one piece if you take care of it and honor it on your journey of life… Simple movement reminds me that slow is beautiful… patient is sexy, and extremely preferred… I never want to rush through life, or not honor every moment I could create something beautiful with… ❤️❄️🕊 happy holidays my loves
