If you can’t find them, though, they’re also super easy to make! Simple dip your cauliflower in any non-dairy milk, then cover in your favorite spices and breadcrumbs, and fry, bake, or air-fry! This yummy vegan dinner is so easy to make and so affordable! πŸ˜‹ All you need is a can of hearts of palm and your favorite seasonings. For mine, I use lemon and pepper, since that’s what I would put on seafood. Then you cut them into scallop sized pieces, and pan fry for a few minutes until they start to brown on the edges! 😍 So yummy, so easy, and so healthy πŸ’šπŸ˜‰
