tips for a flat tummy ✨
hi loves! here are my go-to ways to maintain a flat tummy and get rid of any bloat!
1. water, water, water! i know it gets repetitive hearing people tell you to drink water, but i can’t stress enough how important it is. I myself am not the biggest fan of plain water, so I like to add lemon juice to mine! This also helps with digestion and bloating.
2. intermittent fasting! limiting your eating to a 6 or 8 hour window gives your stomach the break that it needs! instead of constantly digesting new food, it allows your stomach to process what is in it without overworking itself. if you’re a night time snacker like me, this will also help curb those midnight cravings. it’ll be a difficult adjustment at first, but boy is it worth it!
3. snacking on whole fruits and veggies! it’s so easy to grab a bag of chips when you’re feeling snacky, but that will most likely not satisfy what your body needs nutritionally and will result in you eating more food in the long run. when you feel yourself needing a snack, grab an apple, celery with peanut butter, a green juice, carrots and hummus, or something similar, that will fuel your body with the nutrition it needs! Your skin, your gut, and your stomach will thank you!
it’s self care day everyday 🤍 skin care is something that is super important to me! here are four of my favorite products that i recommend to everyone! you can buy them all at your local target, cvs, or sephora 💋
1. i love the neutrogena oil free moisturizer! it’s lightweight, buildable, and doesn’t leave my face feeling greasy. i like to use this product at night after i use a hydrating face mask
2. i always add the tan luxe face drops to my moisturizer for a little added color! i like to protect my skin from the sun as much as possible, so this little flush of color tans my skin without the damaging effects from sun rays!
3. when i’m feeling acne coming, i like to use these stridex wipes before my moisturizer at night. they’re strong enough on stubborn acne, yet gentle enough for my sensitive skin!
4. last but not least, i love using the green clean makeup remover balm to wipe away any and all of my makeup! it’s much better for your skin than makeup removing wipes as it doesn’t pull or tug on your skin. this product always leaves my skin feeling fresh!

•Every morning I like to drink a cup of spearmint tea to hydrate my body and wake up. Spearmint tea is great if you get hormonal breakouts as it calms and soothes the skin from the inside out!
•Adding manuka honey in your tea is a game changer! It’s healing properties vary from being an anti-inflammatory and an antibacterial agent, to improving skin texture, digestion, sore throats, etc. It’s the one step wonder!
•I like to add Emulsified Vitamin D3 droplets and Ionic Zinc Droplets into my tea. They are tasteless so you don’t even know they are there, but you’ll see them working wonders in your skin! As you can see, I like to be really preventative when it comes to keeping breakouts and aging at bay 🥰

Hi loves! Here are some of my healthy meal tips ✨
• I always try to combine protein with a healthy fat when I eat! For example, avocado toast with a soft boiled egg on top is a perfect combination. Keeps you fuller longer and satisfies your cravings!
• Tuna tartare is one of my favorite meals. It’s light and perfect for around lunch time, plus it’s packed with protein and high in omega 3’s (great for healthy skin, nails and hair). Pair with a cup of coffee with dairy free creamer to get your mid-day caffeine kick!
• Pairing burrata cheese with a nice plate of salad and vegetables has been my go to lately. You get your vitamins, fiber, fats and proteins all in one! I added a cup of green tea on the side to hydrate my skin and my overall body.
