

Hi loves! Here are some of my healthy meal tips ✨ • I always try to combine protein with a healthy fat when I eat! For example, avocado toast with a soft boiled egg on top is a perfect combination. Keeps you fuller longer and satisfies your cravings! • Tuna tartare is one of my favorite meals. It’s light and perfect for around lunch time, plus it’s packed with protein and high in omega 3’s (great for healthy skin, nails and hair). Pair with a cup of coffee with dairy free creamer to get your mid-day caffeine kick! • Pairing burrata cheese with a nice plate of salad and vegetables has been my go to lately. You get your vitamins, fiber, fats and proteins all in one! I added a cup of green tea on the side to hydrate my skin and my overall body.
