sorry for the disappearing act guys. I had been trying to find an opportune time and way to go to rehab and get well before my brother appeared out of nowhere to take me himself.
I would have been gone longer but my insurance sucks. i still feel pretty wobbly mentally but have been back in the gym and am stronger than ever.
