Yesterday I felt bad, I even cried, because I aim too high, ..

Yesterday I felt bad, I even cried, because I aim too high, there is so much pressure I put onto myself...
Today when I decided to give myself some self-care time, I was feeling so much better :) I even felt so beautiful today :)) Thats the self I like the most. I need to learn how to be so happy and free and kind to myself more often :)
