My chronic pain flared up bad tonight. When this happens, the only thing I can really do is smoke a bowl and curl up in bed with my heating pad. Smoke helps my pain, and really helps my appetite. It's one of the things that helps me make content, and keep my ass juicy. 😋 If you have been enjoying my content, tips are greatly appreciated to help me continue making it! 😘❤

As promised, we recorded a video of of me stretching in the nude! I decided to do this very raw. Still waking up, messy hair, no makeup, splotchy faced, and hurting.
On a medium pain day like it was, I still do my stretches, just a little slower and calmer. While I am still undiagnosed, I do what I can to keep my body calm and loose, while doing my best not to overdo it.
