Thank you to everyone who has stuck with me so far, I'm still trying to sell my house ... someone tried to offer us 30k lower than asking price which we want to take cuz we need our lives to go back to normal ... but we are going to counter and say 147k min flat . Take it or leave it ... and then open that price to the public as well .. the money you all have been giving me has been going to groceries and cleaning supplies to keep up with the house to do showings . I'm mentally drained and exhausted .. I just want this to be over with
