I just came back from spending a week in Los Angeles. My returning flight was canceled which gave me about ten headaches as I was scrambling to find hotel accommodations and food. This trip was supposed to be the trip I sign a lease and get a car. However, after finalizing the financial logistics, I cannot justify the high cost of living in Los Angeles - as of right now.
Instead, I have decided to save up a little more money to buy a house here in Seattle! To add more spice to this detour of plans, I am currently studying to get my real estate license in Washington so that I can represent myself when purchasing my new home :). Then after I will reconsider moving to Los Angeles after acquiring an appreciating asset.
My goal by end of the year would be to be part of a brokerage while also maintaining my current full-time job. I used to tour homes for fun pre-pandemic on weekends - so getting paid to show homes would be an absolute dream come true.

A week and a half ago, I injured my lower right back from working out. I don't know the exact root cause, but I think I handled a too-heavy weight. It got so bad that it hurt to bend over slightly to just wash my hands, at one point. Fast forward to today, I'm back at the gym and to my regularly scheduled personal training :D!! I could not be happier to continue progress on my body. I hope you enjoy some snippets of me working out :).

Hey all! Sorry I deviated from my normal posting cadence, but my last day in Italy was today :(. I spent most of April taking a break from school and my normal life to visit Europe for the first time! Here's a collection of my favorite videos and pictures from my trip :).
I toured Milan, Venice, Burano/Murano, Florence, Rome, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Capri and Naples with my friend! It was one heck of a trip as I learned the basics of a new language (Italian) and how to navigate around a foreign country. Honestly, I learned a lot about myself coming back from this trip. But one thing that was constantly in the back of my mind was that YOU all were the reason why I was able to immerse myself in this beautiful country in the first place. Just earlier this year I didn't have the financial bandwidth to even consider going on vacation (let alone pay rent). I say this a thousand times but I really appreciate the support each and every one of you has given me. Going on this trip has humbled me so much because I realized if I work hard, I can play hard as well.
I genuinely love making content that people enjoy and I'm so excited to be back home in Seattle to resume my normal content-creating schedule :).
