Here’s how: do each exercise back-to-back like a circuit. Beginners, do 20 sec of work followed by 40 sec of rest before going into next move. Intermediate, do 30 sec of work/30 sec of rest. Advanced, do 40 sec of work/20 sec of rest. Complete 2 to 4 rounds, then hit the showers!
