But essentially they were the same becoming used to the routine of sleeping as much as I can, waking up early morning for my lymphatic massages then eating and drinking water and sleeping in a cycle over and over. Pain is down to a 6/10 and I was finally able to shower after 48 hours. (There was a bit of bloood).

I added extra compression garments (ab board, back board, body wrap to tighten my waist and lipo foam) I’ll add in a little video later of what these all look like when. I get dressed 💙

After lympatic massages my abs are really taking shape and my body looks unreal. If you look at my arms you can still see how swollen I am from lipo (my wrists are like twice the size 💀) but the pain is more like a 4/10 and I am finally able to do things on my own again and don’t need to be cared for 24/7

Im still draining and bleeeding from my entry points so my bed looks like a crime scene but much less than before

This is day 2 after the massages. Dr Jung doesn’t use drain tubes so I have to get special masssages every day to get the fluid out of my body. (That little roll on top of my booty isn’t a roll it’s a build up of fluid) I won’t stop being swollen until 2 weeks in

Anaesthesia has worn off and pain is about a 7-8/10 especially after the massages. Trying my best to sleep as much as I can and take my vitamins and drink at less at 4L or water a day
