Sorry but sometimes when I’m teaching my pupils to pose I have to touch their glutes to make sure they are flexing them right 🍑🔥😝💪 did you know that when you touch that area that you are trying to engage, you create a better mind-muscle connection? That’s why so many people like to touch their muscle group that they are training while performing the exercise.
