Just a quick post tonight.. I had a busy day. My son and his gf came over and spent much of the day with us. I was supposed to go shopping.. but that will wait till tomorrow. I've been extremely busy. My husband and I helped our son move the majority of the rest of his stuff to his new house. Then I cleaned his room and my studio, both of which desperately needed attention. I feel good about taking pics in here now.😂

I got 9 hours of sleep. Woo hoo!! I woke up twice, I think, and went right back to sleep. My tummy is no longer upset from last night; i feel good. I would LOVE it if this estrogen/progestin combipatch helps me to sleep. The doctor said it takes about 3 to 4 weeks before things start to change, but some women feel better almost instantly. Maybe it's psychological. Either way, I'm hopeful! I feel happier than I've been, but maybe it's psychological. Just the stress relief of finally receiving some help makes a difference, I'm sure. Maybe I'll feel like grinning again!
Btw, I'm wearing a new jacket gifted to me by a very generous friend!❤️
