It ended up not being v nice out as I’d hoped so it was a relaxing park day not a beach day & I would have filmed more & better stuff but I just wanted to listen to music and enjoy and relax plus our phone batteries were low so next time and def during a sunny beach day I’ll get lots of content 👙🐷☀️😘

I guess I’ll just leave this weight history graph here in my experience gain slow and steady and it sticks! Looks like climbing a mountain which is symbolic because sometimes it does feel hard and like a huge feat and sometimes you want to quit but I’m no quitter. 🩵
