Good morning 🙂☀️ Back into the archives for this one. My arm is a bit better today. I tried not to use it at all yesterday. I’ve regained some mobility without too much pain this morning. Another day of rest should do it. Fortunately for me (you) last week I purchased a phone holder with a long arm that clamps onto my bed. Perhaps I’ll install and play around with that later… see what overhead images I can create ☺️. I’m always trying to find new ways to capture images of my body. Different angles and lighting. I’ve never been much of a photographer but I’m learning as I go and every once in a while I capture an image that I’m extremely proud of. I think that’s one of the things I enjoy the most. Knowing how hard it can be to create something that looks like art. It’s a thrill when you first review your pics and find an unexpected gem. Perhaps that is something I should curate for you in a post. My gems over the past year. 🤔 Have a great morning and I’ll be posting a bit later. 💋

Well my ass definitely took a pounding this morning!! My first bike ride of the year was 16 km. My ass was begging for mercy. I had to stop and dismount to relieve the pressure a couple of times. Can you imagine I got cat called (I think that’s the right word?). You know when a couple of guys lean out the window as they pass by and yell at you whoat woo etc etc. it’s funny how it hits differently in your mid 50’s. Part of me wanted to yell back … are you for real … I’m probably older than your mother … but another part of me wanted to smile and say thank goodness I’ve still got it!! Hehehe I took these as soon as I got home this morning. Sweaty and red!!! I was soaked and I could barely pull my leggings off. It was glute day at the gym too. I’m really struggling now. A full days work on my plate too. But it feels so good. No pain no gain!!! Enjoy your day 💋
