I’m about to geek out about fabric Im so excited for this cosplay that I keep working on it even though I know the custom lace probably will take a few months since it still has to be made and has international shipping. It really was a huge coincidence that the same week I was buying supplies for this cosplay a 501st member posted they were putting together a group order. There hasn’t ever been a fabric available that looks exactly like the one in AotC so this is really a once in a lifetime opportunity

I had a lot of fun taking Merrin pictures today. I usually like to have control during photoshoots, but I can tell using the fog machine on a windy day that I’ll have to get used to not being 100% sure how a shot will turn out I also think I’m gonna need to plan a road trip for this one, because I’m dying to get pictures in a place that has some Dathomir vibes

As much as I love elegant Twi’leks and dancer Twi’leks. I wanted to make one that fit the smuggler type more. When I first started seeing the “subversive basics” trends with lots of cutouts I felt it was meant for Star Wars cosplays. I wasn’t sure if I’d like it as much on my current Lekku colors, but it really surpassed my expectations!
