The excitement of Saturday afternoon was hard to beat. The last day of play in the Bundesliga on two monitors at the same time, plus Formula 1 qualifying on a third monitor. Thursday was another test day in the gym. This was the turn of the deadlift. My goal was 92.5 kg (204 lbs) and the first attempt failed completely. 15 minutes later, however, I was happy about a new PR of 92.5 kg. That means an increase of 12.5 kg (27.6 lbs) in 3 months.
