So I got a message today that made me laugh 🤣 just a little .. and all I’m gonna say is … I have more workout stuff to post, I just haven’t posted it yet. Between doing other things and private requests. It will all get up here, even if I have to use February to do so. I also ordered some cute things to workout in from Wicked Weasel (my fav) I have so much stuff to do that it will be on here when it’s on here and if patience isn’t your thing … me being told what to do isn’t either and let’s not forget who’s the Bull 🤘🏻 here 🙃💋

K so … I’m not gonna BS you during this workout extravaganza month 🤣 yesterday during my ab workout I was soooo SORE and that word is an understatement. I usually don’t take breaks between rounds like I was in this video but I was doing back flips (a ton actually 🤣) the day before and doing so it tore my lower abs apart. So if you don’t get anything out of this other than the workout itself … try not to take breaks between rounds. If you are a beginner you probably should. 10 rounds. 10 reps each
Sit ups. Toe tap crunches. V-twists. Toe tap alternating Ball touches. All of that equals one round.
