This was me in 2013 I had to count every kcal and marco. Yeah I got abs,but I wasn't happy being so weak. I couldn't even dead lift 100 pounds!! One of my goals is to look like this again,but still being able to dead lift 250 easy like I do now. That's one of my goals,but NOT the important one!!! The main goal is to feel better and get stronger above all else.

During the #Quarantine me and my mom have been very blessed with the abundance of free #Food that we had available to us. I can't go out and have any fun during my vacation so I've decided to do something good. There's a school local school in the #DominicanRepublic near my aunt and they need help.Dr has been hit really hard by #COVID19 and they lack the resources we have here . We're sending them food #ToothPaste #ToothBrush #PainKillers #DisinfectantWipes etc My #Vacation sucks, but I'm lucky to have food and my health. This is the little me and my family are doing to help those who aren't anywhere near as lucky to be born in a great country like #US

So finally tried this cauliflower crust pizza and wow. It's pretty dam GOOD! This whole pie is less than 800 kcals with a lot less fat and sugar. Three slices of my favorite Domino's pizza is over 1300 kcals! Other step into a fitter sexier me π
