**Hi! 🥰🥰🥰 Today I'm turning 37 years old and I'm happy with where I am in my life, what I've accomplished until now and how I've managed to maintain my body. This year I plan to focus more on my health and well-being. I also want to travel in Europe (I've had only a couple of short vacations in the last 5 years) and see beautiful places. My biggest wish is to get healthy. If you want to spoil me on my birthday, please donate to my surgery campaign.**

I've just arrived at the mountainside. Lucky for me, the Christmas decorations are still up. 🥰

Workout done! 🥰 I have two working days (from home) today and tomorrow but the rest of the week, back to vacation and I was hoping for going on a short trip for my b-day. As you can see behind me, where I am now is very cold and foggy. 👀
Have an amazing week and don't forget to jerk off to me! 😏
Oh, I miss the seaside so much! Remember when I was SO horny that I had to rub a quick one right on the b3ach? 🥵

2023-01-05 14:52:17 +0000 UTC View PostThe 3rd workout for this year, is done! Lucky for me, it was back and chest with a slower tempo (the first 2 workouts kill3d me... I'm sore all over!).
I know it's hard to get out of your comfort zone but that's how we grow and thrive. I'm a very comfortable person who likes routine, so in 2020 when I've decided to turn my life around and get into fitness, it was a huge effort for me, especially since I've never done fitness until 2019 and I've never liked sports either.
**You need to think about the things that pull you back and find a solution for them.** For example, I'm comfortable, I'd always find a "good" excuse to skip gym (it's cold, it's rainy, takes too long to get there, I'm too tired, it's too crowded at this hour etc). So that's why I've decided to workout at home. I did my research, tested to see what works for me etc. I've never used a dietician or trainer.
**Think about when it's the best time for you to workout...** because some people feel better to workout in the afternoon than in the morning. I'm that person who does the workout immediately after waking up. Not only because "I want to get it out of my way" but also because in the afternoon I'm so tired, that chances are I'm gonna skip it. It was excruciating, but since the pandemic and work from home were not a thing at the time, I had to wake up at 5AM and do the workout before going to the office. With time, it became routine. Then, the two mentioned above appeared into our lives, and I took the opportunity to invest those 2h spent commuting, into extra workouts.
**At home or in the gym?** Some NEED to be in a gym, because a home environment doesn't mobilize them enough, so if that's your thing go for it! For who needs an accountability buddy, find him and start working out! You need to think/test what works for you!
Some of the reasons for which I chose to workout at home:
- Lack of time. In 5 mins after waking up, I can start working out.
- I was feeling fat, self conscious and awkward as fuck. I was at the point of avoiding my relaxion in the mirror, so being watched by others while working out, wasn't something that I wanted.
- Too hot in the summer? I could workout in a thong.
- Sweating like a pig after a High intensity workout? I could jump straight into the shower (unless it would be a fancy and very clean gym, I'd never shower there).
- Making weird noises due to the high effort? I could sound like I'm being mur.d3red but no one would be here to hear me.
- Couldn't afford a good gym subscription. There are SO many good FREE programs on YT... why waste money on a trainer/gym subscription? Caroline Girvan, Heather Robertson, Penny Barnshaw, TIFFxDAN, Chris Heria are some of my influencers. I've had the best results with Caroline but she does workouts for intermediate level, so you can't exactly start with her, if you are a beginner.
**If you're trying to especially lose weight**, the worst thing you can do is to starve yourself while abusing cardio workouts. You'll lose weight ON THE SCALE but most of it will be your muscle that and you don't want that. You need to aim for a 50% cardio / 50% weight training. After reaching your goal weight, 75% strength training/25% cardio. You need muscle mass for that sculpted look, you need muscle mass to burn more calories and to have an improved metabolism, to have more strength to crush more goals. And don't think you'll get like Mr Olympia by working out on your own and not taking... things to help you. You'll develop nice, normal looking muscles that will give you that "fit" look. And if you aim for actual abs... that's 75% done by what, when and how you're eating. They really are made in the kitchen...
You've never worked out or are super out of shape? Start slow. LONG walk, that step target of 8000-10000 steps per day, play footbal with your friends or kid5, take the stairs instead of the elevator etc. Just try to be as active as you can. You'd be amazed how efficient long, consistent walks are!
