Perhaps, but it is rare or rather a consequence🌪️ Internal changes begin with thoughts, that to think in a new way, you need to change the principle of action. It is difficult to change something in life if you keep doing the same habitual actions. Sounds pretty cliché, I agree. But don't underestimate the power of our habits and how much we depend on them, how sometimes you need to gather your will in a fist to finally stop eating sugar, or to train at home, or to get a good night's sleep, and not so that it was only one or two days, but so that it became a way of life.
