Hey. I've somewhat taken a couple of days off social media/content creation and will try to rest for a few more days. I really need to start recognizing when I need to take a break and recharge. I become so obsessive when it comes to creating content, editing, being on social media etc. I just really love what I do but it kinda takes over my life sometimes and I completely forget to take care of myself, my mental and physical health. I just lock myself in a bubble creating content till I'm completely drained and eventually get burnt out. I'm trying not to reach that point now so I'm prioritizing rest for a few days. I might pop in now and then but I'm gonna try, TRY not to stress over creating content.
