Hereās a variant to my body resistance workout that throws a few cardio elements in there too. The numbers of each are what I did tonight, but if youāre a beginner you should probably start with half these amounts. (Iām about 10 months into my program) 2 min plank 25 push-ups 45 seconds run in place 15 reverse sit ups 25 squat jumps 35 situps 15 push up burpees The exercises are meant to follow right behind each other with as little rest as possible, meaning that you never really catch your breath.
