I had dry needling done on my tight quad yesterday, followed by an easy run. Its sore today so I took a rest day. The work is done, I need to show up to the marathon healthy and rested. I am stretching and foam rolling though. I recommend a foam roller for sore, tight muscles to aid in recovery.
