We had some extreme weather this year! The Cascades received an unbelievable amount of powder, and overall snow-wise it was a great winter! This was an ice storm that really caught us by surprise, did you have any wild weather stories this year?

I love doing Pilates during the snowboarding off-season to keep building my strength and core. Having a strong core is the key to almost any sport like skiing, biking, surfing, you name it! It also helps keep me flexible. Have you tried Pilates?
