I donโt care what anyone says, in my opinion the key to getting defined abs, aside from a good workout regime, is all in the diet!!! Not seeing a difference in your coreโฆ. Change how youโre eating! I started with 275 abs thought i was adding weight for 300 only realizing after i was done that i had actually just pushed up 305.
