IT’S MY FREAKING BIRTHDAY WEEK!!! 🎂💖🎉🥳 I’ve been so consumed by my pipe leak (oh yeah, it’s under my concrete slab foundation, under my kitchen cabinets btw… the plumber is scheduled to come break through my floors and foundation tomorrow. The alternative was completely replumbing my entire house, which would be $5-$6k before any drywall/tiling jobs 🫠), my sister and her kids moving out of my house, my dad heading back to NY for the summer, and putting a house on the market for my fam that I totally lost track of time and didn’t even realize… How in the heck?! I have to figure out how we’re celebrating immediately!!

Shower content in your DMs to raise money for my leak repair! I have someone coming out in the morning to pinpoint exactly where the leak is to determine what has to be dug up or ripped out. They think it’s in the foundation. The diagnostic is $440 and I don’t even want to know what the repair itself is going to be 🙃 I’m going back to pretending this is a non-issue until they give me news tomorrow! The good news is: peep these lil abs coming throughhh! 😍 The shitty news: Y’all… I came home from my second trip to SC this month, after working my ass off to get a house in shape to sell, and my own freaking hot water heater pipe decided it wanted to leak.. Behind my fairly newly tiled shower. 😩 I’m going to have to redo my shower just to fix it because the only other access to the leak is a cinder block & stucco exterior wall. I just so wasn’t prepared for this kind of house emergency. What kind of bonus set or sets would y’all like to see because I’m about to have a stupidly high bill for this. Oh and something is going on with one of my dogs’ eyes, so vet bill incoming tomorrow too. When it rains, it pours. And leaks. 😅😅
