How I start EVERY MORNING - a gentle flow for you to start your day on the right foot.
Fun fact: how you start your day matters. Starting your day with you in mind first acts as a coating to life's bullshit so you move through your day less reactive and more in control.
MY MORNING ROUTINE:
- morning cuddles
- listen to positive affirmations
- move my body (yoga, walk, dance)
- listen to personal development video
- do not touch texts, emails, social media for at least 1 hour

POST WORK-OUT FLOW!
This is perfect for my gym rats, weight lovers, runners, and everything in between. I see so many people workout and they always forget to stretch. When you workout without stretching (or even sit a desk all day without ever stretching) you are turning your muscles into a dry rubber band. And we all know how easily those snap (i.e. a pulled muscle).
Long story short, STRETCH! And hydrate.
*if you are not doing this flow after a workout, please heat your body up before diving into this practice as the stretches can be a bit deep.*

We walk on our feet all day. Some of us stuff them in shoes they have no business in.
And we never, ever stop to love on them and practice gratitude for the support they give us daily.
"Like tires on a car, when balanced and true, the feet provide a smooth ride, one without disturbance or jarring. But when the foot collapses or distorts, the strain travels up into the hip joints or lower back, and a strong pull or torque may develop, side to side or back to front."
Enjoy this quick flow that allows you to spend a few minutes loving on your feet and stretching them.
BENEFITS:
"Practicing yoga postures awakens the four layers of musculature in the soles of our feet and reintroduces movement into the foot, restoring the natural aliveness, strength and adaptability of the feet. Furthermore, it can help to correct a variety of conditions caused by wearing inappropriate and constrictive footwear – such as shortening of the Achilles tendon from wearing high heels (forward bends will stretch the Achilles tendon and the calf muscles attaching to it). Spacing the toes in yoga asana practice also helps to counter the effect of wearing shoes that are too tight (a common cause of bunions), allowing more circulation in and out of the feet and releasing the musculature. Ahhh...happy feet."
