Beauty, fashion, weight was an all-day, everyday occurrence growing up in Southern California. Beach bathing suits weather, Hollywood actors, and always trying to stay y*oung and fit. Over the years, I heard: you should lose 10 lbs, get a tan, buy name-brand clothes or start botox and fillers now before you get too old. Plus everyday questions What kind of car do you drive? Where do you live? How much money do you make? I was born and raised around the Los Angeles stigma. It affects me daily, but I always knew I wanted to be me Resa, not what others wanted me to be. The saying “the older, the wiser” and don’t stop learning, growing, and being the best you can be. Ageism is a choice, I am 44, and I will not let it affect me.
