This morning, I went for a run.. it was extra intense, with sprints and and circuits of strength exercises.. I felt so good when I got back! But I needed some way to cool down.. so I found some ice (I’ve never done this before!!) but I slowly strip down, teasing myself with the ice, melting it on my hot skin.. tracing circles around my nipples.. tingling.. it doesn’t end there.. the contrast of the heat and the cold felt amazing.
