My fitness journey wouldn’t be nearly as strong if it weren’t for my positive mental health journey. Having a physically healthy body must include having a mind that is at peace with itself. Meditating, time outdoors, journaling, reading, and therapy are some of my methods I incorporate into my weekly routine to maintain a healthy outlook on myself and my life.
