

My rope style is chaotic :> asymmetrical and wild.
I like to make ties that are safe for suspension, and then just improvise with the leftover ropes.
Being embraced/squeezed/held actually activates the parasympathetic nervous system and eliminates feelings of distress and anxiety.
Ropes have the same effect. When I am in the ropes it feels like they are holding me and nurturing me, and that's why I love them.
I can't wait to get my suspension hooks up so I can start flying!!
