🥀 If you were a supporter of mine last year, you know that this day is what I call... "Anti V-Day". I do not enjoy "Valentines Day" or the artificial bullshit that comes with it. This holiday can be really hecked up+ damaging to good humans. It brings a hyper-awareness about just how alone someone is; where spending money and going overboard is rewarded; and if you care about your person, you should be treating them like the King or Queen they are daily, not one day out of the year.
So many people all over the world may or may not be choosing to be alone, there's also NOTHING WRONG with being alone! But IF you'd accept, and would like to; I'll happily be YOUR ANTI-Valentine :)
IF you love this holiday, that's totally great, and I have no judgment on you. I've personally seen too much heartache with my close friends and people from places I've volunteered for, so personally, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
